Terms of Work
Unless expressly agreed in writing prior to work being commenced instructions and briefs are only accepted on behalf of members of Enterprise Chambers on the basis that those directly instructing or briefing counsel will pay all fees within three months of invoice, whether or not they themselves are or expect to be put in funds to do so by their own lay client(s).
Complaints Procedure
Barristers and staff at Enterprise Chambers aim to provide high levels of service. However, in the event that you or your client are dissatisfied with the service provided, Chambers has a complaints procedure, written details of which can be provided on request. Any complaint will be handled promptly and courteously and in accordance with the Chambers' complaints procedure.
Enterprise Chambers is applauded for "consistently exceeding expectations" and for accommodating
"first rate" barristers with an "easy and approachable" manner
