Before being called to the Bar in 2002, Claire pursued a career in the City gaining an understanding of commercial transactions. She then worked for the Law Commission on the Limitation of Actions consultation paper and for the Tax Law Rewrite Team on the Capital Allowances Act 2001, where she developed her understanding of legislative process and the interpretation of statutes. Claire is available to receive instructions in all aspects of chambers work.
