Jeremy undertakes work in all areas in which Chambers specialise. His particular interests are property and commercial litigation and advice, insolvency law, corporate recovery, trusts and probate. Jeremy was recently successfully involved in reported High Court litigation.

Insolvency - All aspects, corporate and individual, including all stages of the winding up and bankruptcy process, disputed debts, validation orders and insolvency appeals
Company - Including directors duties and directors’ disqualification work
Commercial - Sale of goods, finance and consumer credit. Litigation for and against banks involving securities, mortgages and guarantees
Property - All aspects including covenants, easements, and boundary disputes. Regularly involved in litigation in relation to legal and beneficial interests in land, in particular arising out of partnerships disputes and dilapidations
Banking - Litigation for and against banks involving securities, bills of exchange, letters of credit and guarantees
Professional negligence - claims involving solicitors, surveyors, valuers and accountants Trusts and capital taxation.
