Kelly graduated in Law before being called to the Bar in 2007. She joined Chambers in October 2008 following a busy and successful pupillage. Kelly has accepted instructions in all of the principal areas of chambers' practice and has appeared regularly in both the High Court and County Courts.

- Insolvency - All aspects of both corporate and individual insolvency including all stages of the winding up and bankruptcy process, annulment, rescission and setting aside statutory demands
- Property - All aspects including conveyancing, mortgages / charges, easements, restrictive covenants
- Landlord and Tenant - Residential and business, possession, secure tenancies, assured tenancies and tolerated trespassers
- Commercial Chancery - All aspects of commercial litigation, applications, construction of contracts, sale of goods, partnerships and guarantees
- General Chancery / Company - All aspects of company law, family provision, wills and trusts
