Peter’s main areas of work are business and financial law and, in particular, company and corporate insolvency work.
Prior to taking silk in 2006, Peter was acknowledged as a leading junior by the legal directories, ranking very highly in insolvency, company and commercial chancery law. In September 2005, he was nominated as junior of the year in the insolvency and company law categories of the Chambers & Partners’ Bar Awards 2005, and won the insolvency junior of the year award. In September 2006, and for the second year running, Peter won the junior of the year award in the insolvency/corporate restructuring category of the Chambers Bar Awards 2006.
