Rebecca has a strong commercial / chancery practice with particular emphasis on insolvency, company and property related litigation. Rebecca’s recent work includes litigation concerning the restructuring of Eurotunnel debt, a highly contentious shareholders’ dispute about the control of various Welsh Rugby Clubs, successfully defending a claim by Foxtons for commission under a long term lettings agreement and a dispute about the interpretation of a milk supply contract. Rebecca has also appeared on a wide range of insolvency applications on behalf of HMRC. In 2004 Rebecca spent 5 months working in the British Virgin Islands, during which time she worked on a number of cross-border insolvency and commercial disputes.

- Chancery Commercial – including contracts, guarantees, securities, loans, sale of goods and consumer credit, civil fraud, including freezing injunctions, search orders and other interim remedies.
