Shaiba was called to the Bar in 1998 and his practice covers all aspects of commercial chancery litigation, with a particular emphasis on property disputes (both real property and all aspects of landlord and tenant). He also regularly undertakes work in the fields of insolvency and commercial disputes generally. He has a particular interest in the law of restitution.
