Tim graduated from University College London with a first in philosophy. He was a Hardwicke and Megarry scholar at Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the bar in 1999. He has a commercial chancery practice embracing insolvency and company work, real property and landlord and tenant, as well as commercial and banking litigation.
