On an application by a nominated successor for a direction under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 s.53, the nominated successor did not have to satisfy the livelihood condition on s.50(2) by reference to seven years ending with the date of the tribunal hearing as well as by reference to the seven years ending with the date of giving the retirement notice.
