It had been just to reject a creditor's application for an order that its costs of an unsuccessful opposition to the making of an administration order be an expense of the administration, and to order the creditor to pay the debtor's increased costs, where the opposition had greatly increased the debtor's costs, the creditor's principal arguments had been rejected, and the costs burden would adversely affect other creditors.
