The fact that a third party's debt to a judgment debtor had been obtained with the benefit of public funding from the Legal Services Commission did not prevent the judgment creditor obtaining a third party debt order. The LSC had a charge over money recovered from the third party, but the debt itself was still due to the judgment debtor.
