The pedestrian and vehicular rights of way to which the defendants, as owners of the site of a former mission hall, were limited to use which was consistent with the use of that hall for religious purposes. Use for the purposes of their garage business was excessive. The use of land for the storage of motor vehicles could not give rise to an easement.
