International / Offshore

We have a strong international dimension across the range of work undertaken by members of Chambers.  A number of members are admitted to practice in overseas jurisdictions and our overseas clients remain very important to us.  We have been and are currently involved in high-profile cases in those jurisdictions.

Unlike other Chambers, we benefit from having several members who have previously practiced in fused professions overseas for extended periods of time, including offshore jurisdictions.  We are therefore not only used to working abroad (often at very short notice) but also have very material insight that is used to the benefit of the client as to the workings of particular jurisdictions, their judiciary and the local legal profession.  Our approach to overseas work is very much hands-on and often part of a larger team (whether from London or on the ground, as required in the particular case).
