It is with great pleasure that the Members of Enterprise Chambers welcome Edward Cohen, Jonathan Arkush and Marilyn Kennedy-McGregor as tenants practising from London.

Before joining Chambers Edward, Jonathan and Marilyn practised from 11 Stone Buildings, where Edward was Head of Chambers for a period of 10 years.

Edward Cohen is an established senior junior with a thriving general commercial and commercial / chancery practice. Over the years he has established a formidable reputation and has appeared in many reported decisions ranging from the House of Lords and Privy Council to the Court of Appeal and courts of first instance. Whilst his practice concentrates on the areas of commercial contracts of all kinds, partnerships and LLPs, company and insolvency, professional negligence and civil fraud, within those areas his practice is wide-ranging, which enables him to advise and act  in multidisciplinary cases.

Jonathan is another highly regarded practitioner who conducts a wide range of commercial and chancery litigation, including contract, real property, company, insolvency and partnership. His practice also extends to estates and trusts including wills, family provision and probate. Clients vary from individuals to banks, building societies, PLCs and major retail operators.  Jonathan is also a highly experienced mediator and member of the mediation panels of the Chancery Bar Association, Property Bar Association, Property Law UK, Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Practitioners and Dispute Mediation Limited. He received the ADRg Award 2006 for his contribution to ADR and was cited as one of the group’s most successful mediators.

Marilyn Kennedy-McGregor is known for being a forceful advocate whose practice has an emphasis on contentious matters. She is highly regarded in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, professional negligence and contested probate claims. In recent years she has built up an increasingly large and successful practice in high value Family Provision claims.
