Bridget practised as a solicitor in the corporate departments of City firms in Hong Kong and in London.  Her experience as a solicitor covered aspects of public and private company work, banking, and business acquisitions.  Her current practice comprises all areas of commercial chancery litigation with an emphasis on corporate disputes (including a number of property joint ventures) and insolvency.  Bridget is former joint editor of the insolvency chapter of the Landlord and Tenant Factbook and gives seminars in her fields of practice.  She is a contributor to Practical Law’s Restructuring and Insolvency “Questions for Counsel”.
