Claire is a member in Chambers' London branch. She read Law and French at undergraduate level at the University of Bristol, and spent a year in Bordeaux as part of her studies. Claire was called to the Bar in 2014 and accepts instructions in all areas for which chambers is renowned.

Insolvency - all aspects of both corporate and individual insolvency, including all stages of winding-up and bankruptcy, rescission and setting aside statutory demands.
 
Commercial chancery - all aspects of commercial litigation, applications, construction of contracts, sale of goods, partnership and guarantees.
 
General chancery and company - all aspects of company law, family provision, wills and trusts.
 
Property - all aspects including conveyancing, mortgages / charges, easements and restrictive covenants.
 
Landlord and tenant - residential and business, possession, secured and assured tenancies.
