Margaret has a thriving commercial and chancery practice and offers experience and expertise in all aspects of traditional and commercial chancery work.  Margaret has a particular expertise in contentious trusts work and frequently acts in complex shareholder dispute cases. Margaret acts in high value multi-million pound disputes and is experienced in acting in long and complex trials. She is currently acting for a Defendant in a chancery dispute worth in excess of 25 million pounds.  She is experienced in the Court of Appeal, most recently defending an appeal from a case management decision of the High Court, which lasted two days in the Court of Appeal. 

 

Margaret is a regular speaker at seminars on all matters in which she specialises.  Margaret accepts instructions in all of the principal areas for which Chambers is renowned.
