Profile

Kelly is a highly regarded commercial chancery barrister, noted in particular for her expertise in all areas of insolvency law.  She has a broad commercial chancery practice with particular emphasis on insolvency, property and commercial litigation.

Kelly is appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown and also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
