Enterprise Chambers is pleased to announce the future arrival of Sally Anne Blackmore

In a statement Senior Clerk, Michael Ireland, said: “it is my pleasure to announce that as of 1st August 2020, Sally Anne Blackmore will become a member of Chambers, Sally has built a strong commercial and residential property practice and strengthens Enterprise Chambers’ already noted property team”.

Called to the Bar in 2003, Sally’s experience and practice covers a broad range of commercial and residential real property, chancery and landlord and tenant litigation. She has particular expertise in easements and rights of way, boundaries and constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel. She appeared in the Supreme Court in the seminal case of MWB v Rock Advertising [2018] UKSC 24; [2019] AC 119 for the successful appellant.
