Enterprise Chambers is delighted to announce that Damian Murphy has returned to Chambers.

In a statement Senior Clerk, Michael Ireland said “it is wonderful to have Damian back in Chambers, he has been sorely missed”. Damian will practice from our Centre in Newcastle and will be clerked be Joanne Caunt and Ellen McInall.

Michael added, “Damian will continue his practice in chambers core areas of Insolvency, Commercial and Property, while also applying his extensive expertise in Data Protection, Privacy, and Electronic Disclosure”.

Damian added, “Thanks for the welcome Michael.  Simply put, I feel like I am home.  It has been quite the adventure since I left Enterprise in 2014.  I’ve learned so much from my time as eDiscovery Counsel at UBS or more recently as Head of Privacy and Information Protection at Lighthouse.  But, I am ready for a new challenge and I’m honoured to be part of Enterprise Chambers again.  Based on the Quayside at Newcastle but covering all of the country, I’ll be focusing on insolvency, commercial and property work but also expect to build out my electronic disclosure and data privacy practices over the coming months.  Here’s to the future!”
