STOP PRESS! New Restrictions on Enforcement Action now in Force under the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022

The Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022 is now in force, having received Royal Assent on 24.3.22. The Act introduces immediate and widespread changes to the existing array of moratoria on enforcement action, including in the context of winding up and bankruptcy petitions, forfeiture of leases, debt claims and the enforcement of judgments against tenants.
