Members of Enterprise Chambers provide a breadth of expertise in Intellectual Property law, especially in claims involving patent, trade mark, copyright and design infringement matters, and also IP and breach of confidence claims involving jurisdictional issues.

Technology claims including in media, complex life sciences and biotechnology claims arise in contract, corporate and insolvency matters. Chambers has a unique skill-set combining depth of legal knowledge in intellectual property, confidential information, company, insolvency and private international law and a strong technical understanding.

Member of Chambers have strong advocacy experience in the Intellectual Property Courts including IPEC covering trial and interlocutory work, conflict of laws and injunctions (anti-suit, freezing and relating to confidential information) as well as the commonly associated contempt proceedings and on appeal.

Memberships include the IP Bar Association, European Patent Lawyers Association, Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
