Re IAHP Group Holdings Limited; Bucknall v Rizvi [2025]

The court granted the liquidators a proprietary injunction and a worldwide freezing order for over £5m. In doing so the court accepted the liquidators’ limited cross-undertaking in damages and clarified when an insolvency officeholder’s cross-undertaking in damages can be limited.
