Acted unled for 41 claimants in a two-day trial of a preliminary issue in the latest chapter of the Giambrone litigation: whether AIG, professional indemnity insurer of Giambrone Law LLP, was liable under the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 1930 to indemnify claimants holding judgments for over £3m.
