Christopher Brockman – Office Holder Claims Against Directors and the Impact of the Decision in Sequana – Christopher will review the decision in BTI 2014 LLC v Sequana SA and consider its impact on claims brought by office holders.
Simon Johnson – Attribution & Illegality – An Update Following the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Singularis, Rowena will review the law on attribution and illegality and will explore what continued relevance Stone & Rolls may have.
Each seminar will commence at 6:30pm with registration from 6pm, and drinks and networking afterwards from 7:30pm.
