Disciplinary & Regulatory
Enterprise members have practical experience of dealing with disciplinary, regulatory and licensing matters on behalf of professionals.
We have particular specialist expertise in respect of insolvency practitioners and have represented insolvency practitioners in complaint investigations, disciplinary complaints before the Disciplinary Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, applications to withdraw insolvency licences (including applications for urgent withdrawal) and judicial review applications. Members have also represented the investigation committees of RPBs, in presenting disciplinary complaints against insolvency practitioners before the Disciplinary Committee and on appeal.
